Section 9
Disqualification as a director
: No one of the following persons can be or remain a director:-
(a) A person lacking balance or mental balance,
(b) A person who has been found guilty of a criminal charge of moral turpitude and has been sentenced to imprisonment for more than 6 months and has not paid for 5 years from the date of serving such imprisonment,
(c) a person who is in debt to a creditor, or
(d) A person having any kind of private interest in any contract, lease or agreement with the Institute.
